Martin Snowboards are designed from the ground up to deliver a locked-in carving experience. Each board is shaped and flex-tuned to carve powerfully and predictably. Our wider-than-typical widths help reduce toe and heel drag for the average rider—no guesswork, just clean, confident turns.

Precision-Milled Core

We start with raw lumber and CNC-machine every core to tolerances that exceed anything else in the industry. Each core is constructed from a poplar base with ash stringers through the insert areas, adding strength where it’s needed most—under your feet. We don’t use bookmatching or aesthetic veneers—just a workhorse core built for carving performance.

ABS Sidewalls

We use true ABS sidewalls for their strength and superior bonding to epoxy resin. Compared to industry-standard UHMW, ABS delivers a more connected, firmer edge feel and dramatically reduces the chances of delamination. It’s part of our commitment to durability, ride quality, and long-term performance.

Tuned Flex for Carving

With 38 years of experience engineering boards specifically for carving, we approach flex differently. While most brands draw simple lines to define their flex patterns, we build ours around dynamic turning behavior. Our boards offer consistent edge pressure and grip throughout the effective edge, letting you hold lines with power and precision.

Factory Finish That Performs

Our boards ship race-tuned from the factory. Bases are structured with a fine linear pattern that breaks suction on wet snow, helping you glide faster from your first run. Edges are finished on precision equipment with a 1° base bevel and 2° side bevel, then diamond-polished for maximum sharpness and control. Most brands skip this step. We don’t.
