Shipping Information
We ship snowboards both domestically and internationally to most countries around the world.
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days if the board is in stock. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
To check if we ship to your destination, simply add a board to your cart and enter your shipping address. If no shipping rate appears, please contact us and we’ll work with you to determine the best shipping solution.
International customers: Duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s laws. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.
Customers who choose to use a freight forwarder do so at their own risk. Martin Snowboards is not responsible for any complications, delays, damages, or losses that may occur during the onward shipping process with the chosen freight forwarder. We strongly encourage you to obtain additional insurance coverage for your shipments when using a freight forwarder.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only on unused boards in brand-new condition. All returned items are carefully inspected, and refunds or exchanges are issued only if the board shows no signs of use or damage.
We do not cover shipping costs on returns. This means customers are responsible for:
- The cost of the original shipment to them
- The cost of return shipping to us
Used or damaged boards are not eligible for return or refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details so we can help guide the process.
