Where do you ship?
We ship both domestically and internationally to most countries around the world. To check if we ship to your location, add a board to your cart and enter your shipping address. If no rate is shown, please contact us and we’ll work with you to determine shipping options to your destination.
Can I return or exchange my board?
We accept returns and exchanges on unused boards in brand-new condition. Boards must not show any signs of use or damage. All returned items will be carefully inspected, and refunds or exchanges will only be issued if the board is in original, unused condition. Used or damaged boards are not eligible for return or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship internationally to most countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s import laws and are the responsibility of the recipient.
How long will it take to receive my board?
Boards typically ship within 1–3 business days if they’re in stock. Transit times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive tracking information as soon as your board ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery progress of your board.
What’s the difference between Donek and Martin Snowboards?
Donek builds fully custom boards tailored to each rider’s specifications. Martin Snowboards are a line of high-performance carving boards built in a few fixed sizes and configurations to streamline production while maintaining quality. They are built in the same factory, by the same people, using many of the same materials and processes as Donek.
Can I customize a Martin Snowboard?
Martin Snowboards are not customizable. If you’re looking for a custom-built board with tailored dimensions, flex, or graphics, we recommend exploring our Donek line of snowboards instead.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We offer a two-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to manufacturing issues and does not cover damage caused by use. For full details or to submit a claim, please visit our Warranty Page.
